Yahweh, you are our Father; we are the clay, and you our potter; and we all are the work of your hand. Don't be furious, Yahweh, neither remember iniquity forever: see, look, we beg you, we are all your people.
What we can learn from this story is that all of us need to have quiet times. Even Jesus needed to get away from the crowds, the noise, and the excitement so he could concentrate. He needed a very quiet place where he could pray. Do you have a quiet place to go when you want to talk to God?
